Background & Experience

The director of educadd Garry Bradley has been a Teacher in Queensland since 1973 and over the years, has chosen to specialise in the area of drafting studies. Garry has taught Graphics at both Tertiary and Secondary School level. During the ten years he spent in the TAFE sector, he taught Engineering Drafting, Architectural Drafting and Computer Aided Drafting. He has been a well respected CADD Consultant in Hervey Bay since 1987, establishing CADD Studies at Hervey Bay Senior College and Fraser Coast Anglican College.

Garry is the author of the “Graphics for Secondary Schools” series of workbooks and reference texts first published in 1976. During his teaching career he has been a District Panel Chair and State Panel Member for Senior Graphics in Queensland. Garry has conducted workshops for teachers on the integration of CADD into the senior syllabus and conducted CADD camps for teachers and students from other schools.

Garry has been involved with KarelCAD, Australia’s largest Autodesk System Centre, in full-time and part-time roles as a training consultant since 1997. In this role he is responsible for the preparation and delivery of training courses to industry representatives and teachers Australia wide. For the period 1994…98 he was a registered Building Designer in the Hervey Bay preparing documentation for Residential and Commercial projects as well as Civil Engineering projects.
